Project Manager

Location: Caledonia, WI

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and manage restoration projects from start to finish.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and insurance companies to ensure timely project completion.
  • Review estimates, track project budgets, and manage scheduling.
  • Ensure all work meets company quality standards and complies with IICRC certifications.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates and resolve concerns.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in project management, preferably in the restoration or construction industry.
  • Strong organizational and leadership skills.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and standards.
  • Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
